Not allowed to fill in everywhere?

Hey^^

sometimes i cant put a number in a certain field, if i select the pair of cards. E.g. water 6, i cant put it in, even if there s a correct place available (by rules) and must put it in the storage down below. Am im missing some extra rule or is this a bug and therefore should be posted in the appropriate forum? Do you have to close a chamber first, before you can use another one of the same kind? cant be, since i could use several of the same already (robots) and then not anymore.....*confused*

In that image you have placed Planning 9, as indicated by it being red. I don't know what the point of circling the Wild 11 was because it had already been filled in on a previous turn. And you zoomed in so we can't see what all the available number/action combos were on this turn.

Looking at that screenshot, I'll take a guess at a rules misunderstanding you might have: Numbers have to be ascending from left to right in each row, not in each chamber separately. So for the to robot row, you can't put any robots there because you would need a number higher than 13 and lower than 14.
