Why can't i move multiple steps here?

Why can't i travel from Hormuz to Kabul?

I have placed 3 dice with minimum value of 5.

I have all the travel cost. (3 camels + 13 coins + 1 jade + guild seal)

I don't know why the game doesn't let me choose Kabul as the destination

You tried to go Hormuz-oasis-Pagan-Kabul and it wouldn’t let you? You should be able to. You have to go one step at a time since you’re using the 3 die move because you have the option of dropping a piece on pagan. It’s unclear from your comment whether you’re trying to click on Kabul to start
