Cannot appeal a moderation – no access to report URL

Hello,
I received a moderation action on my account, but I believe it was not justified. I tried to use the appeal form, but it asks for a report URL, and I don't have access to it.

Is there another way I can appeal the moderation or contact the moderators?

Same case : no way to appeal. I received a moderation with no factual reason : how to appeal ?

If anyone knows where you can appeal a decision on the contact form, I would be very grateful!
