Buttons expanding in app on new phone

This may not even be a BGA issue, but I haven't experienced it with any other app as per now.

Since I got my new Samsung Galaxy A36 some buttons will, when I try to click them, expand as shown in the screenshot, causing delay and frustration.

I have tried searching for solutions, but I might not have the right words since English is my second language.

Is there anyone here who is able to help?
