Fast is really slow mode

I think so many games on here do not need 2-3 mins per turn. Fast should be fast mode leave that for normal mode. This game ends up very slow when players take minutes to decide one move. Are they not deciding their next move when other players are having their turn or is just a lot of people have serious AP?

My Shelfe fast mode gives each player +0:23 per turn (maximal 2:09).

That’s because other people take so long I walk away and do other things between turns
