Request for Developer Help

Hello BGA team and community,

I’m reaching out to kindly ask for help regarding a persistent and critical bug on the game Djambi. The issue has been reported in the dedicated forum thread several months ago, but unfortunately, it remains unresolved and currently makes the game completely unplayable.

Would it be possible for a developer to take a look and help fix the problem? Djambi is a unique and strategic game that many of us enjoy, and it’s frustrating not being able to play it at all.

Are you the game dev of this game ?
Yes => By importing the game in the studio, it should be quite easy to fix.
No => You should contact the game dev first.

He's not a developer. I think he misunderstood the purpose of this forum, hoping that by contacting "the developers" someone would just fix it for him.

Chabronchi, BGA games are maintained by volunteers. Each is programmed up separately and there are vastly different styles. If you're interested in fixing it yourself, visit studio.boardgamearena.com. If you're reporting it for someone else to fix, then the bug reporting system is the proper channel.

This forum is for individual developers to coordinate efforts with each other, not for bug reports. It sounds like a great idea to feature bug reports here, but in practice it would completely overwhelm the forum.

Personally I think its fine to post this here. If original developer left NOBODY reads these bug reports and this is just cry for help.
So maybe somebody will help (I did it once for the other game - it was similar post here)

I think the OP is asking a developer to pick up this game; it may have been abandoned by the listed developers. The posted bug report indicates the game is unplayable.
