Are all of the characters implemented?

I've played/rerolled quite a few 2 player games of FotF with a friend, trying to win with all the characters at least once, but there are a few (like Gollum and Faramir) that never seem to appear. Just wondering if all of the characters in the game have been implemented here, and if not, will they eventually be?

Three characters are not available.

See the post titled, "Solo game - random objectives?" for more information about the differences.

And as far as I know, there are no plans for anything else to be implemented here. I don't even think this game in it's current form will be available on BGA anymore once the physical game is released at the end of August.

Certainly that can change down the line (perhaps once the game has been in wide release for a while), but there aren't any announced plans.

That would be a real shame. This game is great. I already was looking to buy it, and sad to have to wait until August, but I have way more ability to play on BGA than on a table, and publishers pulling games makes me sad.
