Yes I do agree with you and guess what, I fell asleep during a game yesterday, my opponent used the option to expel me ( I use it too, not always). 100% my fault and yes I did apologize to him for wasting his time even though he got a very fast easy win when most would complain and argue about turning it to turn base.
What I mean is that with games come values and standards. This player does it systematically, mostly with me, looking at his stats +100 with me and +9000 overall. He does it at each roil including forced moves.
I might be stupid to believe in respect, sportsmanship, FairPlay but I guess that's what bga is about not the other way.
I understand they can't take case by case analysis pan this matter but something must be done.
the game concerned is backgammon and the timer system is their own interpretation, far from the international federation rules
