Out of Stock in France + Suggestions for Future Content

Hello,
As a fan of the game, I would like to know if a restock is planned for France. The game is currently completely out of stock, and no information or communication has been provided on this matter.

Additionally, it would be interesting to submit a request to the developers for a new version of the game — perhaps with DLCs including new characters with unique abilities, a larger game board, and plastic figurines that are better designed and more visually appealing. This could make the game more immersive and attract a wider audience, especially those who prefer plastic components over cardboard ones.

It might also be a good idea to offer a version with flat tokens or standees (similar to the Board Game Arena style), for players who prefer a top-down or more schematic view.

I haven’t found any other forum besides this one to ask these questions.

Hi,

Castor might answer to you about the game developpment, but for the stock of the game you can still find it on bbe (Black book édition) and maybe other stores. If you need the link i can send it to you.

For the plastic figurines, i think it might tough or weird to have two sides (White and black to know in which team the champions is). But i would love a "premium version" or collector with plastic figurine (but the box and the pieces are really great already.

I'd love to have a schematic version in the bga style as well, maybe like a pocket edition I can take everywhere !

Regarding the restock of the French version, it might be expected by the end of July. It then all depends on shops to order it (cause some might not do it during summer vacations and will wait September).

International release should happen by fall for some countries. I don't have all the details. Best is to wait the communication from the respective local publishers.

For additional content, like new characters, that's something we want to do. After it needs to be done well to insure that the additional abilities are fun, accessible, and balanced.

Finally regarding any collector / alternative versions of the game, I am the first one who would want this ^^ (after all one of my two game inspiration for Leaders was Chess). I imagine this option could be considered by the publisher if the international release is a success.

Flat tokens are much more doable than 3D plastic figurines, because you can have two colors, one on each side, and simply flip the token to your team color in that game.

I've made flat tokens myself, given that the game is not sold in Brazil and importing it is too expensive.

Suggestion: what if for the figurine version the figurine has no white / black color and is neutral BUT you flip the base. So neutral figurine but colored base. That could be way to have a premium version without duplicating figurines.

Bonus: this base could be used stand alone for the flat version. It would be like a coin with high edges so you can plug the figurine, with the picture of the figurine at the bottom so you can play the flat version.

This is a great idea, simpler and less complex! Bases with two different eyes that can be adjusted to the team you have!
