how to switch another computer to keep playing the game?

When i am playing a game(for example stone age) on a computer,
for some urgent matter so that i cannot use this computer any more,
how can I switch to another computer to keep playing the game??

I had this problem, and i had to switch to my smartphone. I just had to log in to my account on other computer/smartphone and that was all. Game in progress was seen on every page of BGA like it is normally when you open two or more windows of BGA when you are playing something (so you can easily get back to game)

May i clarify more?
if i want to switch to other computer, i use other computer to log in.
and what can i do next if i want to go back to the original game to continue the game?

Just click on the name of your game (you should see it on top of the website or you can find it in "games in progress") click on the button to choose how you want to display it (full window or not) and your back.

It works the same way as joing as spectator to game in progress - check it out.
