While asking for a live - it changes my board color and number of players?

Hi! Is this a bug? I’ve done about 50+ live games and it changes the board color and the number of players randomly. It asks me to try other setting, and I dismiss it. It still randomly gives me a game I don’t want. Any help appreciated! Thanks!

There have been a bunch of reports of people being placed in games they didn't request and/or don't match their settings recently. I suspect that there are several different mechanisms involved (potentially including UI issues making it easy to create or join extra games, over-enthusiastic merging of virtual tables, and flexible options that are all or nothing).

If you've been setting up your tables from the game pages, perhaps try using the "play now" lobby -- https://boardgamearena.com/lobby -- which lets you create a non-virtual table (with an assigned table number) with fixed settings, or lets you look at existing tables & their settings and then decide which to join, or if you're using automatic matching, lets you specify your preferences in more detail.
