Is there any way to skip *directly* to a certain move/gen in replay?

Sometimes in a game replay I don't want to watch the whole thing, I'm just curious e.g. about what card an opponent took in a certain gen. Atm, the only relevant looking option I can see is to skip to a certain move number, but it seems I still have to watch everything up until that point in addition to having to guess what move number it was.
I may be overlooking something. Is this an option? If it's not, I think that would be quite a helpful addition

I don’t know, but if you can’t it’s definitely a feature that should be added. It would be amazingly helpful.

Click on "Advanced replay features", below the replay buttons. You should have 5 buttons instead of 3. Click on the rightmost button, and choose "Go to specific move (fast)". It will take a bit of time to reach the move # you want, but much faster than watching the whole replay

I had no idea that the advanced replay feature added a fast option, thanks for sharing! That's solid.

Oh thanks this is very helpful and works quite well! Still would be good to do by gen though and not guess what number action you want to skip to.

This is a really good idea. Skip to gen sounds amazing.

I suspect this is out of reach for the devs as replay is a BGA feature and not specific to TM. Still, happy to be proven wrong on this one.

I agree, but I very much doubt this is anything that can be changed for a specific game.
There is a workaround though.
I suggest anyone who did NOT already know what I am about to post, share this post/info with as many people as you can.
This saves me a LOT of time when I am dealing with poorly described bug reports that have no move number and/or limited information (which is unfortunately the majority of them):
1) Open a game to view replay, select the player from whose perspective you wish to view the replay.
2) Once you have done that, you will see the game at the beginning state of the game, BUT
3) If you scroll down, below the map and the players' starting hands, there is a full move-by-move text description of the game, including move numbers, and iconography.
4) You can then use Ctrl+F (or whatever he equivalent is on a phone or ipad) to search for a specific card, so, if someone complained that "[some card] failed to activate properly in some generation", I can quickly find all instances of that card's activation in the game log and immediately see whether it was resolved properly or not.
or
5) If someone says, "sometime in generation 10, [something went wrong]", I search for "generation" and can quickly find the move number corresponding to the start or end of any specific generation.
And then I use the "skip to move#___ (fast)" to quickly get to that point in the game replay.

This is gold, Frank. Thanks for the tip!
