How can I also change the bird cards names and functions etc. to Dutch??

I'm not sure for Dutch but it works in German....

Move the cursor above the card then you get an enlarged Card in German.
On tablets or phones there is a button "Hilfetext ein" above the gameboard. You can push it on to watch but you have to turn it off before playing....

When you push the button "Tooltip-modus:" from "uit" to "aan" you'll see by klicking on a "Barred Owl" (Strix varia) that it is named "Gestreepte Bosuil" in Dutch.... .....cela vous aidera peut-être...
