Rating tutorials without completing them?

Is there a way to rate a tutorial without completing it? Most of the tutorials I've done have been outstanding, but every so often there's one that's so hard to follow I've given up part way through to just read the rules--a couple seemed to be impossible to complete, as I couldn't find the action the tutorial wanted be to take! Of course as the rating option is at the end, for those don't finish, I don't get a chance to give a rating--is there a way around that, or should there be?
