I have clicked on about everything I can find around here, and searched back about a year in the forums, and find no good explanation of how the clock works.
This is the only thing I can find that even mentions time at all, from the Wiki:
Most of the time, your initial delay at the beginning of a game is 3 minutes. During each turn, or on specific occasions, you get an additional delay.
I don't even know what that means because I don't understand how it works to start with. I also am quite surprised that there is no good explanation. I first came here about two years ago, and left. Partly cause I'm not excited by clocks, but a lot because I found no explanation of it or what the time limits were, etc. Without understanding this aspect, I just left. I only came back because you started the turn-based, and you have some games I've not found elsewhere. (Yes, you have attracted some people from Yucata, although it's still quite different.)
What I'd really like is examples, with actual numbers. I tried watching but the clocks were jumping around so fast I had no clue. I've taken turns in two turn-based games and they didn't even seem consistent. (One seems to have added extra time when I finished my turn and the other seems not to.)
Thanks.
