make rating tutorials optional

I dont like being forced to do stuff. Please make the rating optional. Otherwise I will give 1 star each time as a protest and feel bad about it...

It is optional, opening a tutorial just opens a new tab so just close the tab or hit back if you are on phone.

Just out of interest, why don't you want to rate the tutorial?
