How to place meeple on City Center

How do I place a meeple on the City Center?

Just click on the open space. Then you have to select the city center option you're doing at the top of the screen (may need to scroll back up). If you're buying fences, select that option and just click the 3 spots you want the fences to go. Also can click an existing fence to remove and replace it later. If buying a facility, select that option and then the facility you want (assuming you can afford it) and select the location you want to place it on your player board. If using the DNA market, select that option and the DNA card you want (again, assuming you can afford it). If you have a damaged facility, you can select repair facility and click the damaged one.
