Uploading a custom deck

Hi! I am wondering if it's possible to upload my own custom deck of cards and play using those cards, and if so, how to do it.

I mean to play French Tarot that way, the custom deck would be only a visual change. Like a skin for the deck. When playing French Tarot, there's already the option to have several different pre-loaded decks, I just want to add my own to that list.
