Tutorial - Player action not loading

I'm new to using the forums, so I apologize if this isn't the right place.

I'm trying to build a tutorial for a game and running into a problem where the tutorial won't load the action that a player takes. After the action is taken, it says "loading" at the top and gets stuck.

I have double checked that the right option "The player must take the next game action via the game nterface to continue". I have also made sure that I am making the correct move when I test it.

Is there something else I could be doing wrong?

I think this is probably not the best place for that kind of questions. The group "Tutorial Makers" is where you will find the help you need, and also there people declare the game to build the tutorial so no one is working in the same tutorial at the same time. Please join the group and make a comment saying that you are new and want to create a tutorial for the game you selected.

In my short experience as a tutorial maker I would say that sometimes the game doesn't behave in tutorial mode as it normally does, so you might need to explain what is happening to the user and them should only click continue.
