Original rules option?

The original game had six cards per player, no tactic cards, and had the rule where you could only claim a stone at the beginning of your turn. There doesn't seem to be an option to do all of that here in a single game. Can that option be added? Thanks.

Regarding the expert variant, the English rules say: „this variant plays according to the base rules but with this chance“, but for example the German rules say „This variant uses the same rules as the tactical variant, but with one chance“. (I have not checked the rules of French or other languages).

The expert variant is different in different languages. It seems that at BGA, the German version of the expert variant has been implemented, where the alternate claiming rule is combined with the tactical variant.

You probably want to play the expert variant without the tactical cards. It should be possible to choose either tactical variant or expert variant or combine both. You may consider reporting this as a suggestion at https://boardgamearena.com/bugs?game=2433

I would play the original version. I'm not interested in playing with tactical cards.
