I don't know what to do anymore. Whenever I want to play Arnak Arena mode and start the game search, the site does not refresh automatically. This results in me looking at the screen, waiting for other players to join (which can take up to 10 minutes), while the game in fact already started in the background, although the website does not refresh. So then I'm entering a game without knowing and suddenly, after my time ingame runs out, I get the usual penalty for leaving a game. Today this happened again and I lost 23 Arena points and 26 Elo points and was ranked down form place 51 to 65. I also lost 20 Karma, as this was the second time in short term!!! This is not bearable anymore! Its not my fault! Of course I often press F5 and reload the website, in this way I usually join the game a bit late but not too late to lose. But I cannot do this every minute while waiting for 10-15 minutes! And the Mods dont care! I get the penalties anyway! What should I do?
