Strategic Reserve is a dice abstract. Your turn begins with a dice roll that maps to a single square on the board. This could cause a group capture, or multiple group captures. Then you place a checker, concluding your turn.
Your placed checkers come from your "reserve," and your checkers captured by your opponent are returned to your reserve. When your reserve is empty, and all of your checkers are deployed on the board, you win.
