Whenever you attack the mollusks, the game pauses to see if the mollusks have any battle plans to play. However, sometimes the game doesn't pause for this, which lets you know that the mollusks have no battle plans in their hand. Also, if the game pauses to see of the mollusks want to play any plans and they choose not to, you still get to know they have at least 1 battle plan in their hand because BGA paused to see if they wanted to play it.
I'm not sure if there's a feedback form for beta games as I'm still new to BGA, but if there is, I'd love to write this there instead. Ideally, BGA should pause to see if the mollusks want to play battle plans even if they don't have any in hand, so opponents can't gain extra info. Personally, I don't think this a huge issue because the mollusks are a bit stronger than the bluefin squadron, but I just wanted to point this out regardless as it might be considered a flaw for many others.
