You need to provide more detail. Equal how? Equal during a game? Equal in matchmaking for a game? Are you proposing that no one can see your Elo on your profile either? Are you proposing that no one should be able to filter matchmaking by Elo?

How about expressing what perceived problem you are trying to solve with this change?
