New adjustment pack in Beta

Post by NoPainNoGain_777 »

The new Adjustment pack made it to beta. Lets see what the new favorite Civ’s will be….
Have not played many yet. Alchemist got a big boost in my opinion. Advisors have a bug (their cube does not go away after first use. So they still get benefits if tyranny is played or another tap card gets played over it)
Let’s hear what you like/dislike

Short update:

Advisors are fixed (at least the problem I had encountered). Play nicely, you get resources when the other player does not like your offering

Chosen are better now. More categories to get benefits and easier to achieve. The getting in the middle of the game mechanics could benefit from a change of the interface. You are not told that you get only 2 benefits and you do not know exactly how many you get. So it might take 2 or three tries to get it right. I recommend that the interface tells you how many goals you fulfilled and shows you all the optional benefit at once so you can pick two. Getting them in the middle of the game is not as strong as before

Mystics: Get a lot of tap cards. Benefit for income turn 3 if you have 6 in your hand is strong

Collectors got a boost (I think! I did not play them often before the update): you get double goods for 3 of the collectible items. That helps

Craftsmen: Benefits for getting them late in the game improved

FYI, this change may have affected starting new arena games. The following error occurs when attempting to start a new game - Unexpected error: This option can no longer be used (remains for backward compatibiolity), use Adjustment Civilization Pack. The problem can be reproduced.
