Turn based suddenly broken

Has anyone else suddenly not been able to access keyflower during a turn based game? I tried logging a bug but as I can't get in I can't provide a table #. Frustrating as I'm wondering if others are waiting for me! It is stuck on 10% loading game art and has options life refresh etc that do nothing.

raise a bug report.

10% loading will be a JS error, hit F12 and under console it will show a red error, last in the list.

This is an old game (240816-0954), hasn't had an update in a while, but that is the best way of reporting this problem.
You could possibly try a different browser, but it's unlikely to change much.

Cheers for that. On a tablet. How'd you get my table #. I'll try bug report again. Although..that was pretty painful too. All other games are fine.

If you use the 3 lines (burger) menu - (top-right) - 'report a bug' it should automatically fill in the table# for you.

Yeah but I can't get back into the game to do that. Stuck on the loading game art 10% screen. I can see a couple of others have raised it too. Bummer. Great game.

And now I can't play other games because I'm 'currently late on another table's. Sooo bloody frustrating.

This should give a landing page for the game without trying to open it. There is a quit button there if you want to move on to other games.

The game does open up on my computer, so maybe you could try to access the game from a desktop machine.

Oh wow. Thanks for that. Very helpful. I'm reluctant to click on quit as says will affect my reputation. Seems unfair to get a bad rep due to a bug. I don't have a desktop, only a tablet and have played it plenty with no issues before. I guess I'll have to quit if admin and the bug team aren't helping or responding. Thanks for that.

Thanks for your assistance with that link. It helped me at least to reach out to the people I was playing with and they kindly abandoned the game without penalty. Pretty disappointing to see the 10% loading bug has been reported and voted by many for months and it's still open. I guess I won't be risking keyflower again. Really disappointing no one seems to have fixed it because such a great game.

The other fix that works on mobile is to go into landscape mode and refresh.
