Official Tournament authorized cards (Seasons)

I've just noticed that there was added a new difficulty level for seasons, "Official Tournament authorized cards". What does that mean?

I suppose they should be "official" cards, the ones you can find into the real game boxes (so the basic one and its expansions).
The cards that won't be in this kind of game will be the promo cards, actually on the site there is only one of them (Igramul the Banisher)

I didn't check it, but I suppose that the official cards are those listed in the Tournament cards list on http://www.libellud.com/jeux/seasons, under Ressources (seems to be available only in French).

Thanks very much for the link, Maranos. I just saw it today and had an opportunity to review the Tournament Liste Des Cartes. I think that list of tournament cards is not the same as the BGA list. I know that Salena's Codex, Necrotic Kiss and few other cards show up in the restricted list on the Libellud site, yet are available in the BGA implementation. Edit: I was wrong, they don't show up.

Still looking...I'll be sure to shout it from the mountain tops if I ever find the answer.
