BGA not working in Asia

Hi there,
I recently traveled to Asia, but to my surprise, the app didn’t work there. As a result, my Karma has dropped, and even worse, my chat is now blocked—so I can’t apologize to my co-players, which is quite frustrating.

Is there any way to enable the app for use abroad? Or at least inform users that this issue might occur? It feels rather unfair to face this penalty since the problem wasn’t my fault.

Was it only the app that did not work? Or could you also not access the site through a web browser?

i think you need to adress this to the government of the country you were visiting, that blocks BGA. Maybe they can add your lost karma points to your social score.

But blocked chat truly is rediculous. i think either chat block should only be for moderation issues (misuse of chat like insults) or lost penalty from left games should be limited to an amount where you can still use chat.
