BGA has a built-in system for handling this. Just go on his profile and give him a red thumb. He won't be able to contact you again.

If you feel the threat in legitimate, contact your local police.

Click on the player's profile and near the top there is a gray button "Report this player". Obviously, a threat of any kind is a severe violation of BGA's terms of service.
Refer specifically to the threatening statement, and mention in the report that this person knows your address.

Depending on the nature of the threat, it may be serious enough to report to the local authorities in your area.
