Tool tips for yellow (5) and red (45) indicators on score tracker

Only via here and here was I able to discover why 5 has a red bordered yellow filled octagon and 45 is highlighted red.

A tool tip would be useful!

In solo it is moved to 45 because you start at 20 appeal ( in normal mode)
