bga-framework.d.ts and _ide_helper.php

Hi all,

haven't updated my game for a while (about a year lol), but now I decided to fix some minor bugs, and noticed that 2 files were automatically added to the project:

_ide_helper.php
bga-framework.d.ts

What are they for? Should I adapt my game somehow to use them or can I ignore them? Where can I read about this?
