Penalties for platform collapse at table 767299480

Good morning.

Yesterday around 8:30 PM (Spain time), during rush hour, the website crashed.
I don't understand why I haven't received all my points (elo, arena, and karma) back.
Later, around 10:30 PM (Spain time), it crashed again, and this time no penalties were applied.
