Any developers want to volunteer to develop "So You've Been Eaten" from LudiCreations?
I am not a developer, but selfishly want to see this game on BGA so i can play it with my friends (we have Alpha access and would happily play test and review).
I wrote to ask Ludicreations if they would license it to BGA and got this friendly response:
"many thanks for reaching out.
Indeed, we would love to see the game on BGA. We would absolutely license it for implementation there.
However, it is very costly to implement a game there - developers charge between 5000 and 10000 USD (or in some cases even more) to implement a game.
Some games are implemented by volunteers, but so far we have not had anyone volunteering to do it.
If you were a programmer, you could learn more here: http://en.boardgamearena.com/#!doc/Studio
The game on other platforms such as Steam would be even more expensive, as coding an application is an even more time-consuming task done by professional programmers.
We wish it wasn't so, but unfortunately the economics are not there at the moment.
Still, thank you again for your interest in the game!
Best,
LudiCreations"
They seem like they'd be great to work with! Reach out to them at support@ludicreations.com
