Suggestion: Pass next turn-button

I'd love to have a button for those times I'm 100% sure I want to pass the current season when it's my turn again.
When playing assyncronized and logging in just to pass my turn is so boring.

Forums are not the best way to suggest anything. Adding this as a suggestion to a bug reporting system is definitely a better idea.

That's because Tuscany board went to beta and merged with the main project. The bug was created for another project which is hidden now.
