Players Disconnecting You to Give Bad Ratings

Players have recently been able to disconnect me from the game and site and then give you a bad rating so your rating goes down to poor. I had an "excellent" rating and after this recent wave of play, disconnect, reboot, play, get disconnected by a different player, reboot, play, get disconnected by a different player......and so on until I had a "poor" rating. How much cheating is going on in this site? Are players that insecure that they have to cheat on a board game site?

Players cannot "disconnect" you.
If your timer falls below 0:00, then can expel you from the game. Don't let your timer go below 0:00.

It's never happened to me, and I've never seen it discussed by other players. You should consider that you may have done something wrong inadvertently. I assume you know that other players can eject you from a game if your timer drops to zero.

That wouldn't eject you from the site, though, just the game.
