I am also interested in finding friendly players. I recently returned after a very long break from BGA.

I don’t understand why Hanabi has such a toxic player base. They really prove that behind a screen, people are much meaner than in real life. I’ve played Hanabi in real life with people I didn’t really know, and they didn’t come anywhere close to being the disrespectful, gaslighting, blaming bullies that the BGA Hanabi player base has demonstrated for years.

Hope to meet some friendly people who are ok without a perfect score, who genuinely seek to understand others and myself, and treat others and myself with respect, care, and understanding. I’m happy to extend the same back.

I've had bad experiences with other players in this game, so I've avoided starting Hanabi tables for a while.

I'm open to friendly play. I'd like to learn at a casual pace without messing up someone else's expected strategy play.

A lot of players have reached out to me and wants to play Hanabi, which is super nice, however very few (actually none) seem to want to play 3-4 players. I don't find it fun at all to play only 2 players. So, to clarify, I'm only looking for people who wants to participate in a bigger group of players around a table.

And I need to add this as well: firstly we wanna learn the basics ofc but eventually we'll need to learn and practice the different conventions as well. If you don't want to learn the conventions, I'm not the one you're looking for
