Log note when no card is played

I often check the log to catch up on the game when I take my turn in a turn based game. It's a little confusing when another player didn't play a card since nothing is logged for me to see. It's nice that the log shows me what I drew. It would be nice it it also logged something like "PLAYER ended their turn without playing a card".

You drawing is signal for opponent passing. If there is no more cards to be drawn left and player passes without playing any cards, log already says that player passes. Explicitly telling that opponent passes when it already tells you that you drew is unnecessary bloat and clogs up log. If this is implemented, please make it opt-in.
