Maybe it's just a hickup where I am but the link as listed below the game window for the advanced rules in English doesn't work anymore.

This is a link from the publisher for the advanced rules pdf.

You can add and report links in the game page.

In the game rules block on the game's page, you can add a new link in the top right corner and report a broken link at the end of a line of text using the down arrow.
