Arena - players red thumb to avoid strong opponents

The fact that someone can just give Red Thumb and avoid a strong player in arena is ridiculous.

I haven't see Real Madrid refusing to play FC Barcelona, or Chicago Bulls saying no to a match vs Lakers. Therefore Arena must match against anyone willing to play. I've seen players taking advantage of that to avoid playing vs top10 players and remain top while farming points of new players.

If you want free wins against new players, play normal mode.

If necessary, players who give each other red thumbs could be prevented from messaging one another, but using red thumbs to avoid playing certain opponents creates negative consequences in many ways. In Play mode, everyone can play against whoever they want. You can simply not start a game with an opponent you don’t like. But Arena shouldn’t work like that.
