How long I have to wait until my hanging game will be deleted?

I know that bugs are reported on special "bug place", but I want to ask how much time I have to wait until my bug will be processed? It's not a bug. It's a BIG bug that keeps my game active all the time, but I can't play it because it keeps crashing.
How much time does the author of alpha game have until BGA admins will react??? One month? Two months? Or maybe they never react??? I know there are players who have been waiting for several months for any reactions. I'm waiting for one month and I don't want to wait more!

I pay for BGA, I am premium player and I would like to be taken seriously. For now I feel that I have paid for this service and now I can wait. How much? Go to bug report. Really? C'mon.

I have several games active, one of them is in friendly mode so when is my move first I have to play in bugged game, but if it is bugged my application (or website) is not react. I have to exit, go to my tables and "manualy" select last game to play. This is not comfortable, this is not premium gaming. BGA Admin! Do something instead writing "go to bug page", "don't post information about bugged game, etc." For you it's one click. The game is crashed, for several months author did nothing to repair it and I think nothing will happened in next weeks/months. If not give my my money back!

Yes, maybe the game's developer is no longer active or no longer supports that game. If I were you, I would just quit it.
In the game page's URL it says something like https://boardgame arena.com/14/anachrony?table=792129691
Where the number after boardgamearena, the game name and table number will be different. Replace what corresponds to "14/anachrony" at your table with "table". That should get you to the table's overview, where you can then quit.
