Error across water zones - Dewan

Hello. I am playing Dewan and I have noticed an error. When I want to move from one square to another and I am going to cross a water zone, it asks me for a water card for each square. According to the manual, to move through a contiguous water zone, you only use one card regardless of the number of squares you want to move.
Has anyone else noticed this error? How can we report it so that it can be solved?

This has already been posted as a bug. But the dev said it works for them, and it works for me as well. There would be loads of complaints if everyone had to spend a card for every water space. https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=202404
