Moderation question (NOT challenge)

I have just been informed I have been moderated and followed the instructions to challenge it as I suspect there might have been some sort of error in the process, so that is NOT what I'm doing here. I am NOT an angry player, but a very confused one.

I have previously been moderated a couple of times due to my inability to handle the drama that follows when players from a certain country cause problems at tables I'm at, but have adjusted my behaviour to avoid conflicts. No problems for a very long time, but what I want to point out is that on those occasions, there WAS information about the comments that led to moderation. This moderation has absolutely *no* information, nothing to act upon or learn from.

Has the process been changed? Are there other ways to access information about what could have gone wrong, why moderation was necessary? As it is, I am left in the dark and really puzzled as to what is going on. As stated above, I have not experienced any of those drama situations for a long time. Naturally, in case others have also experienced seemingly "random" moderation, so it's not connected to my account, I'd like to know.

In my earlier days I ran afoul of the moderation policy 2 or 3 times.

Each time, I was given an explanation, though in one of the instances it was so vague, I couldn't actually pinpoint what specifically caused it.

SO, I don't think anything has changed, though, none of my moderations were recent, so I can't be sure.

I believe the extent and detail given varies from one moderator to another.

There is a Moderationpolicy, which offers some information, but not about moderators giving an explanation.
