Is it possible to play both expansions at the same time?

Hi all,
excited Tunnel Vision is on BGA now. Just wondering whether it is possible to play both garage's (Tunnel Vision and Heavy Rain) at the same time?

Both expansions only came with "Advanced upgrade" cards. With at least that option on for garage and both expansions checked you will have all relevant cards.
