Promo cards/tiles

Wondering if there are any plans to eventually include the Promo Tiles/Cards here in BGA.
As of writing, BGG has registered 5 promos for this game.

Promos 1,2, 4 & 5 are now available (you can include them when setting up a table). Promo 3 will follow once I receive the files from the publisher.

Has anyone had issues with Promo 5 the WSBG Yard tile? I think it may be bugged in the game.

What are the rules with this tile? Do I have to pay 2 coins and then I can do a right side gardener action?
Or do I get a discount of 2 counts on a right side gardener action?

I think you get 2 coin discount to do a plant garden action (right side).

Yes it was supposed to be a discount, this is now fixed on BGA.
