Quit game penalties are a joke

You currently lose 10 karma, and waste everyones time. This is nowhere near harsh enough, should be atleast 50 karma.

Also should be a difference between timing out (maybe legit internet issue) and hitting the quit button. Maybe 30 and 50 karma.

In that case no one would hit the quit button, they would just disappear and let someone else expel them, wasting even more time.
