Red + Yellow Card?

Hey community,

We had a game where one player managed to get three of the yellow cards. When played I received a red card and then another yellow card on top of it. This was using the otomo expansion.

Is this expected behaviour? I don't see anything in the rules specifically about stacking yellow cards to this level.

Yes, It is posible. Also It is posible to collect two red cards. Difficult but posible like in a real match
