Mega and Big Cities

Is there a way to make the settings so I prefer these variations? I end up playing them sometimes but seems random. If I'm initiating game can I set to that? I only see where I can say I don't want them not that they are my first choice. Thanks

I think this would be managed by setting the other options to 'never'.

You've obviously found the settings as you can see where you set that you are happy to play with Big Cities.

Under that same section, you can set 1910 - Disabled as 'never' and the '1910' as never. That should then mean you only get Big Cities and Mega Games.
