How to report someone using cheating tools in the Harmonies Arena?

**** I watched almost all of his match history and found that he basically didn't need to think, and seemed to know what cards and tokens would appear next. Therefore, I reasonably suspect that he used some kind of cheating tool. He registered his account on March 15th and is now about to reach Arena Rank top 1, which is terrible for a player who ranks based on their own skill. I want to report him, but I can't find a place to report such cases, so I'm asking for help here. Hope BGA can take some measures to deal with this kind of issue.

How do you know they are cheating? I mean, if you watch the replays of someone who plays well, it will often give the impression that they know what is coming, because that's what good planning in this game does.

Also, your suggestion is that they somehow managed to hack the system to know what cards and tiles are coming. That would be a sitewide hack, not just a Harmonies cheat, which seems very unlikely.

Isn't that just a smurf account? I have seen smurf accounts in other games where they play only 1 game, rush up to 500+ Elo with no resistance and push for leaderboard. Sometimes a player is suspiciously good at a game on BGA because they have played at expert level on another account. Grinding games on BGA produces a skill level that is hard to replicate by just playing in person due to time constraints. Smurfing isn't allowed, but how do you prove the account is connected to someone else unless there is an obvious play timing pattern?

What makes you think they are actually cheating and not just a top player with former BGA experience? They are similar skill level to you by both ratings and have won 3/4 against you. If they were truly cheating you will notice them rising to a significantly higher Elo than anyone has before. Maybe they are just a good IRL player?

Totes unrelated, how do I report a player that can't tell the difference between an opponent cheating and just being good at the game. Or, how about a player who names the opponent so suspected in a public forum?

You click on the exclamation point at the top right of their post which opens the "Report this post" feature. For the current post you get a message "This post has already been reported."

A 2p real-time match of Harmonies takes about 10-12 minutes. The player you are slandering has not played any real-time games that I’ve seen; I didn’t go far back but most of their games are taking hundreds or thousands of minutes and the very shortest are still over 40 minutes. And even in these shortest games, your target is taking 20ish minutes of “thinking time”, so I don’t know what gives you the impression they “didn’t need to think”.

I don’t think your suspicion is reasonable at all.
