Break out Catan Cities and Knights for Arena

Right now Catan is its own page, and you play Cities and Knights on that page as an expansion. I suggest breaking out Cities and Knights as its own game. This will serve two purposes. First it will prevent confusion as to which "game" you are jumping in to which will prevent people leaving so often. Second, Cities and Knights players can have their own Arena season challenges.

1) If you want something considered by people who can do something about it, you need to add it to the Suggestions database (instructions in the pinned post that says "read this first").
