Apologies to whomever I offended on Twitter / X

Earlier today BGA was totally down. For quite a while.

One user was very angry about it.

I jokingly said "calm down, Karen, it's only a game".

She swore at me and blocked me.

I want to apologise for offending her. I remember my mother (rest in peace) used to get really angry when her Scrabble App went down; as it was literally her entire social life. I shouldn't have been so flippant and sarcastic. (Sorry, I know you're in the USA; I'm in the UK - we're all sarcastic here!)

I genuinely hope you're ok and happy now that BGA is back online.
